Breath Work

Our class combines Traditional Himalayan breathing techniques (including diaphragmatic breathing, Breath of Fire, Bhastrika, Lion's Breath, Breath Retention, etc.) with Western breathing exercises like the Wim Hof breathing method. The aim is to reintroduce correct breathing habits, expand lung capacity, increase oxygen flow to the brain for improved mental clarity, detoxify the body and bring it to an alkaline state, balance the right and left brain hemispheres, and promote relaxation of the mind, paving the way to reach higher states of consciousness.

We believe that connecting with our breath is the simplest way to connect with ourselves.
