Our Kundalini Yoga class, where we delve into the transformative power of Kundalini energy, the essence of consciousness within you. Through Kundalini kriyas and pranayama, we facilitate the clearing of each chakra, allowing energy to flow freely, awakening your inner identity and soul energy.

In our sessions, we focus on cleansing, healing, activating, balancing, and opening the chakras along your spine. Through dynamic movements, we promote spine flexibility, chest and hip opening, and attention to body mechanics, core strength, and muscle tension, enhancing overall well-being.Our classes incorporate Traditional Himalayan breathing techniques (Pranayama) to reintroduce correct breathing habits, expand lung capacity, detoxify organs, and promote relaxation. We also use Mudras, symbolic hand gestures, to channel energy flow, enhance mental focus, and balance energy.
​Mantra chanting further enriches our practices, creating vibrations that harmonize and balance chakras.
We explore Bandhas, energetic locks, to control prana flow and promote upward energy movement. Guided meditation sessions round out our classes, offering a powerful tool for releasing psychological pain and deepening relaxation, ultimately guiding you towards higher states of consciousness.
